Harch (along with five other players) made her Matildas debut against New Zealand in Brisbane, and her final Matildas appearance was against Italy in Canberra.

She played club football for Queensland Sting and Brisbane Roar. Harch was named Player of the Match in the inaugural A-League Women Grand Final (2008-09) and was also the Julie Dolan medallist for that season.
