With Aussies Ellie Carpenter, Clare Hunt and Sarah Hunter competing in D1 FĂ©minine, Beyond 90 will be keeping readers up to date with how their teams are faring.

Montpellier won 3-0 away to Stade de Reims. Faustine Robert opened the score at 19′ thanks to a free-kick. MHSC increased their lead at 62′ as Nina Ngueuleu scored despite appearing to be offside, then LĂ©a KhĂ©lifi added another goal at 90+2′.

Paris FC turned a 2-1 halftime deficit into a 6-2 away victory over Girondins de Bordeaux. Hilary Diaz opened the scoring for the hosts at 16′, while Paris FC equalised thanks to DaphnĂ© Corboz at 27′. Abigail Kim gave the lead back to Bordeaux two minutes later. Then, Paris FC’s coach and France’s most capped international (although maybe not for much longer) Sandrine Soubeyrand introduced Clara MatĂ©o to the game: she scored three goals and had an assist in 27 minutes. MatĂ©o first assisted Julie Dufour’s equaliser (48′) before scoring at 49′, 52′ and 72′. Dufour scored another goal at 68′. Sarah Hunter entered play at 77′, replacing captain GaĂ«tane Thiney.

EA Guingamp outplayed FC Fleury and won 3-1. Sarah Cambot opened the scoring with a free-kick just before halftime for EAG. Then, Antonie Starova converted a penalty kick that she won (48′). Alison PĂ©ninguel made it 3-0 at 74′. Fleury restored some honour thanks to youngster AĂŻrine Fontaine scoring in the 88th minute.

Lille OSC and Le Havre AC split the points with a 3-3 draw. Le Havre took an early lead as Romane Enguehard benefited from Elisa Launay’s mistake to score (4′). Lille equalised through AnaĂŻs Ribeyra at 25′, but Le Havre retook the lead just before halftime thanks to MickaĂ«lla Cardia (45′). Lille equalised again immediately after the break as Julie Rabanne scored a mid-range volley (48′), and took a 3-2 lead thanks to Julie Pian at 57′. Le Havre made it 3-3 with Inès Benyahia’s 86th minute spot kick.

AS Saint-Etienne won 2-0 at home to Dijon FCO. In one of the most important games for the relegation battle, NoĂ©mie Carage opened the scoring at 59′, while Cindy Caputo’s header secured the win for ASSE at 87′.

The most awaited game of the season saw Olympique Lyonnais earning a (lucky) point against Paris Saint-Germain, in front of 21,724 spectators, the best attendance since 2019. Paris Saint-Germain opened the scoring thanks to a FANTASTIC goal. Eva Gaetino’s pinpoint pass set up Tabitha Chawinga for a brilliant goal, scored with the outside of her boot. However, PSG conceded an own goal in the 90th minute as Elisa De Almeida deflected Delphine Cascarino’s cross into her own net. Our Aussie Clare Hunt started before being subbed off at 61′ for a more attacking option in Amalie Vangsgaard. Ellie Carpenter played the entire game.

Before the game, Eugenie Le Sommer recieved a special jersey for scoring 300 goals with OL.
