FC Nordsjælland have one hand on the Kvindeliga trophy after a 2-0 home triumph over Kolding took their unbeaten run to eight games. Winonah Heatley and Malia Steinmetz (both back from international duty) were on the field for the full 90 minutes.

The stage is set for a dramatic final round. Nordsjælland travel to title rivals Brøndby, knowing that a win or a draw is enough for the Tigers to become League Champions (or gold medallists, as is the terminology in this part of the world). However, Brøndby can steal the league title at the death if they defeat Nordsjælland.

AGF suffered heartbreak in their home encounter with HB Køge, losing 4-3 after leading 3-0 at half time. For AGF, Matilda McNamara was subbed on in the 79th minute, while Ally Green was an unused substitute. Meanwhile, Daisy Cleverley played the first half for Køge, and Claudia Bunge unfortunately didn’t see the field.

Angie Beard started and played a full match for Linköping FC away to Trelleborg, with her side taking the game 3-0 in a welcome second win for the season. You can read Angie’s thoughts ahead of the game in an interview with the club here (translation recommended).
