The second legs of the Danish Cup semi-finals were held last weekend.

FC Nordsjælland scored … *checks notes* … many, many goals against second-tier outfit NIF / HG, winning 10-2 in the second leg and 17-2 on aggregate (!). Winonah Heatley started, played roughly 70 minutes and scored, but Malia Steinmetz was not selected.

Unfortunately, it was heartbreak for AGF as they couldn’t hold onto their first leg lead, losing 3-1 to Brøndby in the second game and 4-3 on aggregate. Matilda McNamara was subbed on after 78 minutes and Ally Green wasn’t named in the match day squad.

Kristianstads DFF also won away from home, 2-0 over Växjö DFF. Clare Polkinghorne played out the full game, the win seeing her team rise into fourth place on the ladder.

Angie Beard also played a welcome 90 minutes at left-back for Linköping FC this week, as her team disappointingly succumbed to Djurgårdens IF DFF 2-0 at home.

Finally, a hamstring complaint is still keeping Aivi Luik from being listed on the BK Häcken team sheet, with her last appearance being half a game on March 31st. Her team sits third on the ladder after a 2-1 away win against AIK.
