The Adelaide Crows confirmed today that two-time premiership player Jenna McCormick will pursue football full time and therefore will not be on their list next season.

Crows General Manager of Football Administration Phil Harper said the Club was supportive of her decision.

“As we know, Jenna has been pursuing football and soccer at the elite level for the past three seasons and she has made the decision to focus solely on soccer for the next 18 months,” Harper said.

“Jenna has our full support and we hope she achieves her goals. If Jenna decides to return to AFLW, we’ll welcome her back with open arms.”

The decision could see McCormick challenge for a spot in the Matildas squad following a brilliant W-League season.
