Ally went to the Melbourne Dub Media Day

Emma has thoughts about the Victory v City preseason game

Our 250th episode! We’ve been doing this since, so here are some of our favourite memories from the last six years:

Ally – Australia v Ireland, 2023 WWC opening day

Dale – the whole day and night of the Australia v France WWC quarter final, including the scenes on Caxton Street before (fans welcoming the Matildas team bus) and after the game

Emma – 1) covering the WWC as accredited media, due to an internship with Football Australia (thanks Ann Odong!) 2) the pre-WWC game between Australia and France 3) Sam Kerr’s goal against England in the WWC semi final 4) Sweden knocking the USA out of the WWC

Eric – 1) Dub expansion leading to more players getting national league opportunities 2) Ashley Irwin going in goal for the Mariners and helping them beat Sydney
