With two Aussies and Matildas competing in D1 Féminine, Beyond 90 will be keeping readers up to date with how our players, and the teams they’re playing in, are faring.

FC Fleury won 5-1 away to Dijon FCO. Even though the hosts opened the scoring thanks to Jenna Dear (12′), Fleury responded perfectly as their stars did the job. Both Batcheba Louis (18′, 39′) and Léa Le Garrec (43′, 89′) scored braces, while Cecilie Sandvej scored an own goal at 37′. For the first time this season, the visitors have won two consecutive games.

Paris FC remained focused and Clara Matéo‘s hat-trick (13′, 41′, 44′) saw them win 3-0 away to EA Guingamp.

With an away 2-2 draw, ASJ Soyaux surprised Montpellier HSC and earned a precious point, while La Paillade lost two important points. Laura Bourgouin gave the lead to Soyaux from the penalty spot (13′), then Montpellier responded quickly via Léa Khelifi (19’) before taking the lead thanks to Nérilia Mondésir (24′). Unable to widen the gap, Montpellier were pegged back as Jessy Roux equalized for the visitors at 84′.

Stade de Reims and Rodez AF played a scoreless draw. The result means Rodez (11th) now have five points, as much as 10th-placed ASJ Soyaux.

Paris Saint-Germain didn’t give Bordeaux any hope as they won 3-0 on the road. Kadidiatou Diani scored just before halftime (45+2′), Sandy Baltimore extended the margin at 58′ and Oriane Jean-François scored a header at 71′.

Olympique Lyonnais won by the smallest margin against Le Havre AC. For the first time since 2006, OL haven’t scored a goal in the first half of three consecutive French league games. Lindsey Horan saved OL from another setback with the winning goal on 49 minutes.
