With Aussies Ellie Carpenter, Sarah Hunter and coach Joe Montemurro competing in the Première Ligue, Beyond 90 will be keeping readers up to date with how their teams are faring.
FC Fleury 91 0-0 Paris Saint-Germain
In the middle of winter, Paris Saint-Germain was caught cold and lost crucial points for the championship. On the other hand, Fleury won an important point, carried by their goalkeeper and captain Constance Picaud, who did not concede any of the 13 PSG’s attempts.
Le Havre AC 0-2 Paris FC
The other Paris made a successful comeback with a decisive Gaëtane Thiney. First as a scorer (0-1, 14′) on a header from Clara Matéo, she then served Mathilde Bourdieu in depth (0-2, 80′) to secure the victory. Our Aussie Sarah Hunter was not in the squad.
RC Strasbourg 1-2 Montpellier HSC
RC Strasbourg was very close to victory thanks to a goal from Lorena Azzaro (1-0, 47′) but Montpellier escaped at the last minute by obtaining a penalty converted by Océane Deslandes (1-1, 82′). On a superb pass from Jade Rastocle piercing the entire defense, Léa Khélifi delivered her team just before the final whistle (1-2, 90+4′).
FC Nantes 2-1 EA Guingamp
In this Western France derby, the Canaries quickly opened the score through Carla Cosme (1-0, 9′). Guingamp, out of breath, managed to equalize thanks to Alison Peninguel (1-1, 75′). While we were heading towards a parity score, Nantes scored in the last seconds thanks to Juliette Mossard (2-1, 90+1′).

AS Saint-Etienne 0-3 Stade de Reims
In 2025, the Greens are still struggling, while the Stade de Reims earned precious points for the upkeep. Maïté Boucly gave the visitors the lead (0-1, 39′), and Hawa Sangaré scored a brace, dominating the aerial duels (0-3, 61′, 68′).

Olympique Lyonnais 2-0 Dijon FCO
If Olympique Lyonnais won, Dijon still makes a strong impression against the French champions. The Lyonnais broke the wall with a free kick concluded by Vanessa Gilles on an improvised pass from Lindsey Horan (0-1, 27′). The Dijonnaises kept their heads high and complicated the task of their opponents. Finally, Lyon scored a second goal thanks to Danielle van de Donk following a defensive mistake (2-0, 43′). Without giving up, Dijon showed remarkable resilience and managed not to concede further goals. For her return, Ellie Carpenter played the entire match.
