The intensity of Saturday’s game between Canberra United and Melbourne Victory wasn’t dulled by the 32 degree heat at McKellar Park. Canberra took the lead in the 72nd minute via substitute Kennedy Faulknor, but Tiff Eliadis equalised with two minutes of normal time remaining to shore up Victory’s top four position.

This was Ellie Brush’s final home game before retirement.
