Kell made 50 appearances over seven W-NSL seasons for NSW Sapphires (1998-2004). After her playing days, Kell switched to cycling and had great success on the velodrome, winning the 2011 Australian National Championships in the Team Sprint with Kaarle McCulloch.

Previously a goalkeeper coach at Central Coast Mariners and North West Sydney Spirit, Kell is currently an Athlete Carer & Soft Tissue Therapist for Cycling Australia.

Steffen – Ashleigh Sykes has in my opinion been the best player of the 2022 Capital Football NPLW season, such a shame she has already decided to not put the boots on for the forthcoming A-League Women’s season
